Holotype [BISH]. C.N. Forbes 399.H. 7 August 1911. Hawai`i: Kapapala, Puuaulu, Kau. Isotype(s) [BISH! [2], MO!].

Note: St. John indicated the type as Forbes 399.H partim and only annotated the holotype. The other two sheets at BISH and the sheet at MO should therefore be considered probable isotypes.
